What Makes Resurrexit Unique in Kildare
Resurrexit is a centre for renewal and growth located in the heart of the Bog of Allen for more than 40 years. We have welcomed people seeking healing, learning, growth, reflection, and warmth throughout this time.

September 5th
Praise Choir with Maureen and Nicholas Keary, both members of the Resurrexit community, from 2pm until 4pm.
Singing together can be a natural way of expressing what is deepest within us, connecting us to one another and to the God within. We all have a voice, and everyone can sing. All are welcome to join us.
September 18th
Join Grace Walsh, a member of the Resurrexit community, for a talk on the fall of the year and the Feast of the Archangels.

If you like to read, write, or recite poetry, bring along your favourite poem to share and join us in Resurrexit from 10.30am until 1pm.

Soul Compass Collage.
This workshop will be facilitated by Eileen McNamara, a qualified psychotherapist with a deeply holistic approach to mental health, healing, and personal growth. Before transitioning to psychotherapy, Eileen worked with the body as a qualified massage therapist and reflexologist.
Come and experience a creative, enjoyable practice that honours your personal story while connecting you to your soul self. Learn how to create your own meaningful collage. This workshop introduces you to the concept and process of SoulCollage® by Seena Frost, a gentle yet powerful practice that invites you to explore the many voices, strengths, guides, and challenges within yourself through the language of symbols and images. No art experience is needed; all supplies will be provided.

Modern Christian Mystics Speak to Us Today, Part 1, from 10am to 1pm.
Topics covered: What is mysticism? Who are some of today’s mystics? What do mystics have to say about leading a spiritual life in the face of ever-changing advances in modern technology?
Dominic Cogan has been practising mindfulness for over two decades. For several years, he has also practised Centering Prayer. He is also trained in spiritual guidance and is the co-author of the recently published Stronger Together: The Life and Work of Sister Lena Deevy.

Exploring worldview and finding your purpose with Joey Feely from 10.30 to 4.30 Suggested donation £45.
In this workshop, we will explore our worldview: what it is, how it shapes us, and how we understand our own worldview. We will also use exercises to help identify our purpose in life: what fulfils us, what satisfies us, and what gives us the feeling of bliss that comes when our purpose is being lived.

Becoming Conscious and the Place of Active Imagination: a psychological technique created by Swiss psychiatrist Carl Jung.
This day will be facilitated by Brendan Harding Psychotherapist.
This day will take place from 10.30am until 4.30pm.

Protecting your peace with boundaries full day from 10.30 until 4.30 with Joey Feely.
In this course, we will look at what boundaries are, why setting boundaries can feel so hard, how to define and set our boundaries, and how people may react to them. We will also explore why we people-please and how to stop.

November 15th
In November we remember. Through music, sacred scripture reflection and healing prayer we gather to celebrate the memories of our faithful departed. With Nicholas and Maureen and Resurrexit group.

November 28th
Sound Bath Meditation: a relaxing morning with Mary Farrelly, from 11.30am until 1pm. Mary is an embodied somatic yoga and meditation teacher and sound bath therapist with over 10 years of study, practice, and teaching experience. She is deeply passionate about sharing these ancient healing practices, creating safe and nurturing spaces where people can come home to themselves, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and invite greater peace into their hearts and lives. Mary meets each person exactly where they are, with love, compassion, and deep presence, trusting the mystery and wisdom of these timeless practices.

Protecting Ourselves from Toxic Behaviour: a half-day workshop with Joey Feely, from 1.30pm until 4.30pm.
In this course we will look at what toxic behaviours are, when to give someone a second chance and how to move on with clarity and compassion.

Healing Mass with carol singing starting at 7.30pm. Mass will follow at 8pm.
ONGOING EVENTS IN RESURREXIT
Adoration every Monday morning from 10.30 to 12.30

Meditation and stillness takes place every Thursday night from 8pm. Sunday morning quiet time begins at 9am. Contact Tony Morrin on 087 2562172 for more information.
Healing Mass is on the third Monday of each month at 8pm. Except July, August and Bank Holidays.
